Response to Intervention and Instructional Model (RtII):
As a system were designed as a better services in special education, RtII is systematic approach to identify student with Specific Learning disabilities (SLD) or students with learning and behavior problems. RtII is also can provide services for students with Gifted and Talented students. Through multi-tier support system on RtII model were focusing student needs based on intervention with high quality of instructional that being provided from teachers .
What are the characteristics of Students with Learning and Behavior Problems ?
The teachers should know about characteristics about students with learning and behavior problem they were provided with instructional in the classroom. The students with learning and/or behavior problems were manifest in one or more of the some of behavior such as poor academic performance, attention problems, hyperactivity, memory, poor motor disabilities, poor perceptual disabilities, poor perceptual disabilities, poor language abilities, aggressive behavior, withdrawn behavior and Bizzare behavior. The students with learning and/or behavior problems often exhibit more than one of these behavior.
SPECIFIC LEARNING DISABILITIES (SLD):
Specific Learning disabilities (SLD) is neurological disorder that effects the brain’s ability to receive, process, store and respond to information. It is also a long standing issue until this day in area of special education. The general definition of SLD means a disorder in one or more of the basic psychological processes involved in understanding or in understanding or in using language, spoken or written, that manifest itself in an imperfect ability to listen, think, speak, read, write, spell of to do mathematical calculations, including conditions such as perceptual disabilities, brain injury, minimal brain dysfunction, dyslexia, and developmental aphasia. The student with SLD does not mean they cannot to learn but it just means that they need specific instruction and strategies or may have to learn in different ways from peers.

in Indonesia Gifted and Talented students are classified as exceptional children (Law on Ministry of Education No. 70 Tahun 2009). Based on research conducted by the US Gifted Development Center by Dr. Linda Silverman (2016) concluded that the characteristics of Gifted and Talented students are classified as children who have very high and high learning potential. They have unique characteristics and even having some extreme things related to their habits.
